Session IP address provided is dynamic and assigned from private IP address range.

24x7 phone support, and on-site support, if deemed necessary, shall be attended within one business day.

Vianet shall not be liable to do any internal networking, configuration etc. at the client side.

Contract shall be at least one year and signed before or on the day of installation.

This is a prepaid sevice and client shall make the payment on the same day of installation and there is no testing period.

Vianet reserves the right to accept or reject service package change before next renewal due date.

The clients shall abide by the rules and regulations of Vianet. Vianet reserves the right to reject the service to the client without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

The client must provide full address, valid email address and mobile number to avail of this service.

In order to provide fair services to all Vianet clients, the client shall be careful not to exceed the usage limit. If client is found to be excessive user, the client may be requested to upgrade the category. Please refer to our Fair Use Policy for details.
