•     You agree that Vianet may in its sole discretion terminate your calling solution account if it believes you have in any way violated the Terms of Use and Privacy Statements.
•     You agree that Vianet may in its sole discretion report you to any local, state or federal authority or agency if you violate any of the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement of Service.
•     You agree that Vianet may in its sole discretion cooperate with any affected third party by providing information and/or data in either a civil or criminal forum if you violate any of the Terms of Use and Privacy Statements of Service.
