FiberConnect is a high speed Internet service via Fiber to the Home (FTTH) based on industry standard Gigabit Ethernet Passive Optical Network (GEPON) access technology. This service is suitable for small business/offices and individuals, which is now available inside and around Ring Road area in Kathmandu Valley.

Terms and Conditions:

  • 13% VAT shall be charged additional. All schemes are shared connectivity.
  • Installation Charge: Rs. 10000.00
  • Equipment/Accessories Installed( Property of Vianet)
    1. Fiber Converter (ONU)
    2. Cable and accessories
      *OTC may vary for office complexes,multiplexes and housing/apartments etc.
  • Additional Charges if any: Fiber cable in access of 300m shall be charged @Rs.30 per meter.
  • Safety/Safeguard: Client will safeguard the Equipment from loss or damage of any kind. If any equipment /accessories are damaged, mishandled, destroyed, lost or stolen while in client's possession, client shall be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of the equipment.
  • Payment: PREPAID model
  • Validity: Data packages expire as per the time limit or data usage limit, whichever is earlier.
  • Support: 24x7 phone support, and on-site support if deemed necessary, shall be attended within the same business day.
  • Compliance:
    1. Fair Use Policy (FUP) of Vianet. (Detailed FUP can be viewed in our site www.vianet.com.np)
    2. Abide by the rules and regulations of Vianet and comply with the law of the country.
  • Document required:
    1. Citizenship/Passport photo copy of individual taking the account
    2. Firm/Company registration copies in case of business or firm
  • Disconnection/termination policy:
    1. If the package is not renewed Vianet reserves the right to retrieve the equipment from customer premises.
